Paulus is the co-founder and president of Eenhoorn, LLC, a growing multinational real estate investment and management company with holdings on three continents. Paulus has over 30 years of experience acquiring, renovating and managing a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the country, including historic and low income housing properties. Paulus has a keen eye for complex partnership structures and intricate capital stacks.
Rich was the principal founder and Chairman of Lake Michigan Financial Corporation, which was established in 1998, along with InSite Capital, LLC, which was established in 2011. During his leadership tenure at both LMFC and InSite Capital, Rich successfully established and scaled tax credit originations by fostering and developing local community relationships and partners. Rich serves as a Director of Riverview Development Group and on the board of Michigan Capital Partners.
Tom has over three decades of executive leadership experience in community banking having previously served as Vice Chairman of Chemical Bank and CEO of Chemical’s wholly owned tax credit equity provider, InSite Capital, LLC. Tom works closely with Impact’s community minded institutional investors to source, structure and deploy capital to ensure the highest level of benefit to both the investor and developer. Tom sits on the board of the Montcalm Community College Foundation and previously served on the board of the Grand Rapids Urban League.
John is the Acquisitions and Debentures Team lead at Eenhoorn, LLC working directly with Paulus to grow and manage the portfolio of assets for the company. John has extensive experience in commercial lending from his time spent at a publicly traded community bank where he underwrote and analyzed real estate transactions prior to becoming a Commercial Lender.
Unity serves as president of Eenhoorn, LLC, a real estate investment, development and property management company, where she is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, producing financial results, and working with the senior management team to direct daily operational activities of the organization. Unity has served in senior leadership positions for over 20 years, with an emphasis on establishing cohesion and operational efficiency. Unity holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and is licensed in both insurance and real estate.
Frank is a proven business leader, having served as the President of GFS Canada, formerly Neptune Food Service, and COO of Northland Properties Corporation of Vancouver, British Columbia. Northland operates 60 Sandman and Sutton Place Hotels, along with more than 165 restaurants under Moxie’s Classic Grill, Chop Steakhouse, Shark Club Bar & Grill and Denny’s banners. Northland also owns commercial real estate, a ski resort, and the Dallas Stars NHL team. Frank is also a current board member of both Gordon Foods and Eenhoorn.
